DINNER & BADMINTON

Join us for a night of food and fun in Plymouth, MN—one of the Twin Cities most diverse cities. Plymouth Covenant Church will be hosting international students for dinner and badminton. For transportation, meet at HCC at 5:15 pm and plan to return by 9:45 pm.

MINNESOTA ZOO FOR CHINESE
Saturday May 22ND, 11AM- 1PM
The MN Zoo is a great place to visit with dozens of displays featuring animals from all over the planet—aquariums too! The zoo is set up to feature animals in groupings according to their natural habitat and location. The indoor tropical jungle is a highlight. Cost for entry is $20 and is done online (all participants must book their own ticket online). We will leave campus at 9:45AM. Zoo visits are limited to a maximum of 2 hours. We will stop at a park on our return and enjoy a simple lunch provided by COM.

COLORADO ROCKY MOUNTAIN
WITH: WILD HEARTS MINISTRIES
This is a 9-day adventure, specifically for HCC students, and an excellent opportunity to experience the wonder of the beautiful Rocky Mountains, challenging yourself to a week-long adventure that is sure to be a life-long memory! Wild Hearts will provide all necessary equipment, food for the week and guides. We will also provide transportation out there and back and some training before the trip. Participants will be responsible for bringing appropriate clothing and food/money for food on the way there and back. We will spend 6 nights on trail and, if presented with the opportunity to summit a 14,000’+ peak, will base camp for a couple of days. We will be tenting in group tents, we will be cooking and sharing meals together and, will have time many days for exploring, socializing and personal time. This promises to be an amazing adventure for those who are up for some mountain fun!
COST: $50 Application
