HCC offers a variety of classes that are fun and educational. Classes are held throughout the week. We look forward to seeing you in one of our upcoming classes.

Other Classes

Bible Story Study Class. Starts, Thursday, June 3rd concluding Aug 5th. Bible Stories 201: “The Start of the Christian Church”

On June 3rd HCC will be offering a chance to learn the dramatic stories of how the Christian church got its start. Guests will learn how the church went from a small group of discouraged people in the first century to a church that now spans the globe with over 2 billion who now describe themselves as Christians. (some estimate that 50-100 million are located in China)

This will be a 10 week series which will start with a meal and be followed by a fun and interactive approach to learning the stories of the Bible. Not only will you have the chance to learn this exciting history, but you will get to know new friends in the process. We hope you’ll join us!

Our regular classes are on summer break. Look for a fall schedule September 1, 2010 for regular cooking class schedule.

Shopping Trip will be stopped from June 13 to August 15. We will not have Friendship Meal in June, July and August.

Language/Frienship Partners

HCC has American people interested in learning about Chinese culture and having a Chinese friend. This program designed to be a joint sharing of culture, language, and friendship. Language partners meet at least 2x per month to practice English conversation and spend time together. Some Americans also want to learn Chinese. This is a great way to meet a new friend and share your unique background
