Are you looking for a place to improve your English and practice conversation with friendly people? How about learning to cook classic, American food? HCC offers a variety of classes that are fun and educational. Classes are held throughout the week. We look forward to seeing you in one of our upcoming classes.

English Classes

English Classes Begin on Monday, January 18. PLEASE NOTE: We apologize for the error on our class schedule. The cooking class will begin on February 10. Click here to get a new schedule. There is a one-time $15 registration fee to take unlimited classes during the semester.

Other Classes

American Cooking Class Every Wednesday 10:30am - Learn how to cook classic, American dishes with Janis. The cost is $4 per class with includes materials and lunch. For more information download this pdf file

Language/Frienship Partners

HCC has American people interested in learning about Chinese culture and having a Chinese friend. This program designed to be a joint sharing of culture, language, and friendship. Language partners meet at least 2x per month to practice English conversation and spend time together. Some Americans also want to learn Chinese. This is a great way to meet a new friend and share your unique background
